Using our structure, here are 10 customer objectives from a variety of industries to give you a more holistic understanding of what a customer objective might look like. To make it more realistic, we shared an example product a customer might be implementing along with the customer success plan goal that a customer might have when implementing that product. We called the product ‘CSM Product’ to show that this is the solution that the client will be using to help them achieve their objective (i..e the customer objective).
